Today I was very very busy.
I had a important meeting of current project with the vice-president and many directors in the morning.
After that, I had to adjust the urgent application of system network.
The testing from external data-center not internal is very difficult so the internal guideline is very strict for us.
But my current busy situation is better than non-tasks.

20150410

Today was the most busiest day for me in this week..
From yesterday, our pertner company began to test the new web system, but they could not connect some our APIs.
The reason of that is lacked setting of the access controll list of our networking equipments.
So I had to send urgent application to network operation team with advance negotiation to key persons using messenger.
Fortunately, they were very kindness and approve my requests.
I appreciate very much the support from them... Thanks!

It was very cold day like one day of winter. But today is eighth April. It's unbelievable.
From April, the new member joined our team. He was joined this company on 2011.
He looks very aggressive and technical. But I have not seen yet the output which he created.
Then, as a first step in this team, we provided him right job which has to be released by the end of this month.
I'm looking forward how he work on that task.

Today some people were absent because of catching a cold.
I think that this season is the border between winter and spring.
And the temperture is unstable, so people can not control their physical condition, I guess.
As for me, I caught a cold as well and have a sore throat.
According to my experience, the condition will be bad gradually.

At noon, we went to nearby Shinto shrine because of the prayer for my wife's easy delivery.
My daughter looked a little bit nervous in the shrine.
She felt the eerie atmosphere because there are many old paintings and sculptures.
After that, we went to my wife's home town to take place the Hanami-party.
But it was a little cold, so I can not enjoy looking cherries.
As a dinner, we went to Sushi-ro which I wanted to go to recently.
I was happy.. :)

In the morning, I went to the new nursery school with my daughter.

This is second time for her, but she has not been able to find her feet.

So, when we arrived, she cried hard.

I hope that she will make new friends and become one of the members in there.

Recently I have been very busy for current project.
And today, I made decision that we give up the launch of our new system.
So, I created the schedule of postpone.
This result is very frustrating for me.
I could not prevent this project from many problems....
But I have to switch my mind from now. I'll have to keep working with my honesty!

I was waken up by my daughter in this early morning so I was very sleepy.
But I had to participate the morning regular meeting of the whole company.
At noon, I went to I-office and took place the meeting with engineers of this project.
We discussed actively and positively and created some outputs(charge of tasks, schedule ...) of this meeting.
I was very happy because of satisfactory result.

In the morning, I had an important meeting which I have to lead and facilitate.
The participants of that are vice presidents, some directors, and section managers and so on.... so I get nervous each time..
After that, I had the exam of TOEIC. I concentrated all of my attention on english and I was very very tired.
Unfortunatly, my trials was not done. I had the interview of partner staff for seeking member of our group.
The candidate could not speak Japanese, so I have to speak English...

Effective april, my director decide and told me that I will promote the manager of this project.
This is a happy occasion for general people but I don't think.
Because I don't have the skill and experience of manager and I don't know the management of budget and cost and so on ...
So now I have many uneasy things and I'm getting anxious.

Today, I took half day off as private.
I had to attend the briefing session of the nursery school where my daughter will go to from April.
This establishment is the newest in this region. So it's very clean and large.
And it's much safer and nearer than current school which is not allowed by the ward office.
I want to live in there ! :)

Yesterday I heard from my manager that I will become the manager of current project from April.
The role of the manager in this company is like office worker ,so I'm not happy.
Moreover we have no subordinates now.
I will take a role as manager, producer, engineer and operator actually...
And Our role of current project is not clear. We sometimes got silent conflicts.
I don't feel at ease ...

Recently I have taken my daughter to the nursery school every morning with my bicycle.
She sings some song riding that.
In this morning she sang 'The three pigs' with loud voice.
Some People looked us so her singing voice is very cute.

I and my daughter had gone to my parent's house without my wife today and yesterday.
My wife had a plan of lesson of kitchen and examination of TOEIC.
So I needed to spend a lot of time for my daughter for two days.
My father and mother was very happy for her suddenly coming.
My daughter was nervous at first , but she had shaken down them over time.
I am very devoted son !

Today is Friday. This is end of the week.
I have been tired because I came and went between headquarter and controlled company frequently.
I left my company at just 18 o'clock and I went to see my daughter and wife.
I prepared the present as 'White-day' for them in advance.
They became very happy and me too!
