My recent jobs are very complicated and unrewarding.There are some serious reasons about that.
One is that a lot of persons in the high position, so the process of making decision is very heavy.
The other one is that keymans are divided by several offices, so communications are very difficult.
Last one is that our organization is unstable and not decide roles of each other.
It is very bad that this situation continues in the future.
We might want to stop once , clean up our foot and redefine our goal.
